Tata Motors has officially revealed the new Tata Punch Mini SUV and it will be launched in India on 20th October 2021. The all-new Tata Punch is the production-spec version of the Tata HBX concept SUV that was showcased in India at the Auto Expo 2020. Now, the production version of this new mini SUV remains more or less the same as its concept version and it even shares its identity with other Tata SUVs like the Nexon, Harrier and the Safari. The new Tata Punch will be available in four variants and seven exciting colour shades. But what does each variant has to offer? Here, we have explained the Tata Punch variants.

The new Tata Punch is offered in four different unique Personas or variants to offer each customer a very unique choice of features and design, to suit his or her needs. They are as mentioned below:

Tata Punch Engine Specifications
The new Tata Punch mini SUV will be based on Tata Motors’ new ALFA platform which also underpins the Altroz. The upcoming new Tata Punch Mini SUV will draw power from a BS6 compliant 1.2-litre NA petrol engine that also powers the Tiago, Altroz and the Tigor. This updated new BS6 motor will churn out 86 PS of maximum power and 113 Nm of peak torque. The engine will be paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox and a 5-speed AMT. There won’t be any turbo petrol engine or a diesel engine on offer at the launch.

Tata Punch Launch Date and Price
The new Tata Punch mini SUV will be launched in India on October 20, 2021. It is expected to be priced from Rs 5 lakhs, Ex-showroom New Delhi. The new Tata Punch will rival the Maruti Suzuki Ignis and the Mahindra KUV100.
