Tata Motors, India’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, has introduced the Ultra Sleek T-Series, a new line of intermediate and light commercial trucks (I&LCV) built and engineered to meet today’s urban transportation needs. The all-new Ultra Sleek range is available in three versions – T.6, T.7, and T.9 – with deck lengths ranging from 10 to 20 feet to accommodate all applications. A sleek 1900mm-wide cabin offers superior driver comfort while allowing for fast movement in congested city spaces, and smart features make manoeuvrability easy. Tata Motors’ well-known ‘Power of 6′ philosophy of superior vehicle efficiency, driving comfort, convenience and connectivity, as well as safety – all at a lower total cost of ownership – is reinforced with this new-generation range of future-ready vehicles (TCO).
The Ultra Sleek T.6 costs Rs.13.99 lakh while the Ultra Sleek T.7 costs Rs.15.29 lakh and the Ultra Sleek T.9 costs Rs. 17.29 lakh The company said in a statement that this series was designed and engineered to meet modern urban transportation demands.

Built on the internationally recognised Ultra platform, the trucks are engineered to cater to a diverse set of applications.”
The Ultra Sleek T-Series range blends modern styling with comfort, resulting in dramatically reduced Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH), ease of travel on congested and narrow roads, and a fatigue-free driving experience. The walk-through cabin has been crash-tested for superior protection and features adjustable seat height, tilt-and-telescopic power steering, and a gear lever mounted on the dashboard. Air brakes and parabolic leaf suspension increase protection and control, while clear-lens headlamps and LED tail-lamps improve night visibility.
The Ultra Stylish T-Series range is curated to accommodate diverse transportation needs, with models available in 4-tyre and 6-tyre combinations and a number of deck lengths. It can handle a wide range of tasks, including transporting e-commerce products, FMCG, industrial goods, LPG cylinders, and refrigerated containers for transporting Covid-19 vaccine, pharmaceuticals, and food items including eggs, milk, and fresh farm produce.
The new generation Smart truck is powered by a BS6 4SPCR engine, which produces 100hp and 300Nm of torque and offers best-in-class fuel efficiency. The T-Series range is bolstered by a durable modular frame and low-rolling-resistance radial tyres that boost fuel economy even further.
