Tata Altroz iTurbo Unveiled

Tata Motors unveiled the new Altroz iTurbo yesterday, marking the first anniversary of its luxury hatchback, the Altroz. The new Altroz iTurbo will be powered by a new 1.2L Petrol iTurbo engine and a new top of the XZ+ line trim that will flaunt all the latest features, ready to build another milestone with new gizmos and the new engine addition. The Altroz will also feature the latest Black and light Grey interiors accentuated with perforated leatherette seats to elaborate on the premium feeling of the cabin in order to further improve the design elements in its 2021 avatar. The Altroz will also be fitted with Tata Motors’ iRA technology, a connected car technology. Apart from 27 new and additional features, it also comes with a natural voice tech, through which not only in English or Hindi, but also in Hinglish, the car understands and processes voice commands.

Powertrain

The Altroz iTurbo will be powered by 1.2 litre turbocharged BS6 engine that produces 110 PS of power at 5500 rpm and 140 Nm of torque between 1500 – 5500 rpm. Two driving modes are available – City and Sport.

Altroz iTurbo will be available in XT, XZ and the new top of the line XZ+ variant. The New XZ+ variant will come loaded with features such as:

  • Leatherette Seats
  • Personalized Wallpaper on your infotainment screen
  • One shot up power windows
  • 2 additional tweeters by Harman
  • Sport mode (only in iTurbo)

New Colour Option

Tata Altroz iturbo interior

In all variants from Altroz XM+ upwards, a new Harbour Blue colour is available. The Contrast Black roof option is available in the Altroz iTurbo variants XZ and XZ+. This is combined with the interiors of the Latest Sporty Black and Light Grey to set the right feeling during those drives. All variants and powertrains of Altroz will be available with the latest interior color theme.
