Royal Enfield recently launched the new-generation Royal Enfield Classic 350 BS6 in the Indian market. The new Classic 350 has been introduced as the successor to the old Royal Enfield Classic 350 that was launched way back in the year 2008. The price of the new Royal Enfield Classic 350 BS6 starts in India at Rs 1.84 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi. Engine Performance and Mileage – The new Royal Enfield Classic 350 shares its platform and engine with the Meteor 350. The motorcycle now draws power from a BS6 compliant 349cc mill and bids adieu to its old 346cc UCE engine. It gets a new BS6 compliant 349cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine with electronic fuel injection technology. The motor churns out 20.2 PS of maximum power and 27 Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox.

Design and Colour Variants – The new Royal Enfield Classic 350 looks the same as the old model. However, there are several minor design changes that differentiate it from the old bike. For example, it gets a new headlamp set-up, new indicators and a new tail lamp too. The seats are also new along with new body panels. The motorcycle is now offered in five variants. They are – Redditch, Halcyon, Signals, Dark and Chrome.

The Redditch series is offered in Grey and Sage Green colours. The Halcyon series is offered in Black, Blue and Green shades. The Signals variant is offered in Desert Sand and Marsh Grey shades. The Dark series is offered in Gunmetal Grey and Stealth Black colours. Finally, the Chrome series of the bike is available in Bronze and Red paint colour shades.

Features – The new-generation version of the Royal Enfield Classic 350 gets several new features. For example, this new motorcycle gets a new clear-glass headlamp, new turn indicators and a new tail lamp. The motorcycle even gets a new instrument cluster. There is a new analogue speedometer, a new LCD display that shows fuel gauge, trip meters, clock, etc. Also, there is new tripper navigation on the top variant that can be connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth.

Cycle Parts – The new Royal Enfield Classic 350 gets fat telescopic forks at the front and gas-charged shock absorbers at the rear. The motorcycle gets a disc brake at the front while at the rear one can choose between a disc or a drum brake. It also gets single-channel ABS with rear drum brake models while rear disc models get dual-channel ABS.
