The new Audi A8 L has been launched in India, powered by a 3.0L TFSI engine producing 340 HP. The German brand’s flagship sedan is now available in two versions: Celebration Edition and Technology.
The new Audi A8 L features dynamic Digital Matrix headlamps with an illuminated Audi logo and selectable animated projections for entry and exit. In addition, the sedan has a wider and sportier single-frame grille with chrome angles and chrome detailing.
The new Audi A8 L features Valcona leather seat upholstery, MMI Navigation Plus with touch and haptic feedback, Head-up display and Audi Virtual Cockpit, Audi Smartphone interface, and 4 zone air conditioning on the inside. Ambient lighting with 30 colours and a Bang & Olufsen Advanced Sound System with 3D sound are among the other interior features.
The new Audi A8 L is powered by a 3.0L TFSI (petrol), 48V mild-hybrid engine that produces 340 horsepower and 500 Newton-meters of torque. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 kilometres per hour in 5.7 seconds. The brand’s Quattro AWD system and Adaptive Air suspension are also standard.
The new German sedan’s Celebration Edition costs Rs 1.29 crore, while the Technology variant costs Rs 1.57 crore (ex-showroom). There are eight exterior colour options and four interior colour options.
