
Mahindra launched the Bolero Neo, an updated version of the TUV300 SUV, on July 15, 2021. According to reports, the new SUV has received a positive response, with over 5,500 bookings since its launch.
In terms of design, the Mahindra Bolero Neo is nearly identical to the TUV300. The front grille, headlamps, side and rear profiles are all very similar, with little differentiation. It has square-shaped headlamps with integrated LED daytime running lights. A 6-slat grille with chrome inserts, a larger air dam, fog lights, 15-inch alloy wheels, and other design elements are also included.
The side profile gets black cladding. The tailgate-mounted spare wheel with an X-shaped cover gives the Mahindra Bolero Neo SUV a distinct appearance. The Bolero Neo is available in six colours: Napoli Black, Majestic Silver, Highway Red, Pearl White, Diamond White, and Rocky Beige.
The Mahindra Bolero Neo has a seating capacity of seven people. Inside, the cabin the interiors get a black and beige treatment. Features wise, you get a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, the BlueSense app, cruise control, dual-tone upholstery, and a height-adjustable driver seat.
The Bolero Neo is equipped with safety features such as dual airbags, ABS with EBS, rear parking assist, and so on.
Powering the Neo is a 1.5-litre three-cylinder mHawk diesel engine mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The engine produces 100 horsepower and 260 NM of torque. An automatic transmission is expected to be added to the SUV at a later date. In addition, the SUV will receive a new top variant, the N10 (O), in the near future.
