10.25-inch Touchscreen with Connected Car Tech –  The Kia Sonet gets a massive 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. It even packs Kia’s new UVO connected car technology and offers more than 57 connected car features.

Ventilated Front Seats – The new Kia Sonet gets ventilated seats at the front for the driver and the co-passenger and it is a very useful feature for the Indian market, especially during summers as the summer season in India is pretty hot. It also needs to be mentioned that this is a segment-first feature for the Sonet that makes it quite interesting.

Virus Protection Air Filter – We all want to keep ourselves and our family safe during the covid time and Kia is offering a virus protection air filter with its car. The Kia Sonet is the first car in this segment to comes with a PM 2.5 air purifier and there is also a digital display for the same. Kia claims that this will even prevent viruses from entering the cabin.

Bose Sound system, Ambient Light and Electric Sunroof – The new Kia Sonet gets a Premium seven-speaker sound system from Bose. The Bose sound system uses six speakers and one sub-woofer. It also gets ambient lighting and an electric sunroof.

All LED Lighting – The new Kia Sonet gets an all-LED headlamp set-up. It also gets hook-shaped LED DRLs and LED foglamps. It features LED LED taillamps too and the all-LED lighting gives it a very premium appeal.

Diesel Auto Combo – The Kia Sonet gets a BS6 compliant 1.5-litre diesel engine that pumps out 100 PS of power with 240 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. But, this same mill is available with a 6-speed torque-converter automatic transmission too, which is a first in its class feature. The Kia Sonet Diesel AT gets the same engine but churns out 115 PS of maximum power and 250 Nm of peak torque.
