Kia has unveiled its new corporate logo and global brand slogan that reflect the bold transformation of the automaker and the all-new intent of the brand. Kia’s aspirations to create a leading role in the future mobility industry by revamping almost all aspects of its business are reflected in the unveiling of the new logo.
The logo is a sign of the new mission of Kia’s brand and the ideals it promises to give consumers through future goods and services, as well as their experiences. By designing the new logo to mimic a handwritten signature, Kia is sealing its brand pledge. Kia’s dedication to giving moments of inspiration is expressed by the rhythmic, unbroken line of the logo, while its symmetry shows trust. Kia’s growing aspirations for the company, and, more importantly, what it offers consumers, represent the rising movements of the logo.
The new logo was unveiled during a record-breaking pyrotechnic display in the skies above Incheon, Korea, the latest logo was unveiled. The event saw 303 pyrodrones launching hundreds of fireworks, igniting and celebrating the new beginning of Kia in a coordinated artistic display. This set a new Guinness World Record for ‘The most unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) simultaneously launching fireworks.’ You can see the dazzling show on the Kia Global YouTube channel:

Kia unveiled its latest global brand slogan,’ Campaign that inspires,’ in addition to an all-new logo. The digital ‘New Kia Brand Showcase’ session, to be held at 09:00 Korean Standard Time on Friday January 15, 2021 (01:00 CET, January 15 / 16:00 PST, January 14), will share information on Kia’s new brand strategy, including brand intent and philosophy as well as application to Kia’s future product line-up. The unveiling of the new logo follows the announcement of the long-term business strategy of Kia’s ‘Plan S’ in 2020. Among other priorities, under Plan S, Kia has the ambition to take a leading role in the global car industry. This focuses on the popularization of electric vehicles and the implementation of a wide variety of services for mobility, tailored to the needs and preferences of individuals and local markets.
