Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India Private Limited recently launched the brand new Honda CB 200X Adventure Motorcycle in the country. The new Honda CB 200X is an Adventure Tourer based on the Honda Hornet 2.0 which was launched in India last year. The Honda CB 200X is one of the most affordable ADVs in India and in terms of price, it slots between the Hero Xpulse 200 and Royal Enfield Himalayan. New 2021 Honda CB 200X Features – Top Five Goodies
All-LED Lighting – The new Honda CB 200X gets an all-LED headlamp. It also gets an X-shaped LED tail lamp and the motorcycle even features LED turn indicators. The all-LED lighting of the Honda CB 200X gives it a premium appeal.
Digital Instrument Cluster – Just like the Honda Hornet 2.0, the new Honda CB 200X too gets an all-digital instrument cluster that displays a ton of information like a digital speedometer, tachometer, etc. and a gear-position indicator too.
New Dual-Purpose Tyres – The Honda CB 200X is an adventure motorcycle and so Honda has equipped it with new dual-purpose tyres. The front tyre of the ADV measures 110/70-17 while the rear one is a 140/70-section 17-inch unit.
USD Front Forks – The brand new Honda CB 200X gets USD or upside-down forks at the front for suspension duties while at the rear, the motorcycle gets a mono-shock absorber.
Powerful Engine – Finally, let’s talk about the engine. So, the new Honda CB 200X draws power from a BS6 compliant 184.40cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. It gets a programmed fuel injection system and Honda’s Eco-Technology (HET) too. This motor pumps out 17.2 PS of maximum power at 8500 RPM and 16.1 Nm of peak torque at 6000 RPM. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and is the same motor that does its duty in the Hornet 2.0 too.
