Bangalore has seen a resurgence in marathons and running events over the years as fitness and well-being has become a priority for city dwellers who are becoming more health-conscious and aware of the importance of a clean environment. It is Hero Electric’s first ‘One Race’ in Bengaluru, and its third year with Tour of Karnataka. Furthermore, it emphasizes the ‘No Emission’ mission and promotes electric mobility to reduce air pollution and build a sustainable environment.

Every November, Cadence90 organizes the TOK cycling tour. For four days, cyclists ride through scenic, serene routes in Karnataka, soaking in its beauty. Cyclists put their skills to the test in a variety of terrains (mountains, coastal) and weather conditions, all while learning about local traditions and culture. The 8th edition of TOK kicks off on November 22, 2022, with 106 riders riding 523 kilometers.

The Bangalore race’s first edition is scheduled for February 2023, and registrations will be open for individuals who can register by visiting the One Race official website. The Bangalore run will include 5 kilometres, 10 kilometres, and the most popular half marathon race, which will be flagged off by Indian actress Gul Panag.

She is a half-marathon runner, cyclist, and licensed pilot. In 2017, Gul Panag, a health activist, and fitness advocate co-founded the health and fitness startup MobieFit. Hero Electric has had success organizing multi-city editions of half marathons in North India since 2016.
