Ducati Streetfighter V4 SP Launched In India At Rs. 34.99 Lakhs

Ducati introduced the Streetfighter V4 SP in India. This new Streetfighter is said to be the most adrenaline-pumping naked bike in the world. The Streetfighter V4 SP is available in India for 34.99 Lakh (Ex-Showroom India) and will be manufactured at the Borgo Panigale plant. SP stands for sports production in Street Fighter V4 SP. The model is created using advanced technical equipment to combine the “Fight Formula” and “SP” specifications. Ducati’s “winter test” livery was inspired by Corse motorcycles used in pre-season MotoGP and SBK Championship tests.

The Matte Black of the fairings is combined with the Matte Carbon finish of the wings, with bright red accents and a sparkling brushed aluminium tank to provide a contrast and eye-catching look. To add details, the new Borgo Panigale has a progressive number printed on the handlebars and the Italian flag colour scheme on the carbon wings.

The Streetfighter V4 SP now weighs 2.5 kg less than the Streetfighter V4 thanks to dedicated livery, premium equipment derived from the Superleggera V4, and a restrained curb weight: 196.5 kg in running order. Marchesini forged magnesium wheels, 0.9 kg lighter than the forged aluminium wheels fitted as standard on the Streetfighter V4 S, make the bike more agile and lighter when changing direction, reducing inertia by 26% at the front and 46% at the rear.

This new ride is powered by a 1,103 cc Desmosedici Stradale engine that produces 208 hp and 123 Nm of torque at 9,500 rpm. It has an STM-EVO SBK dry clutch, which ensures better anti-hopping function even during aggressive downshifts and greater fluidity during all “off-throttle” stages. Pushing the limits on track, it features a MotoGP-derived 90°-V4 layout engine with Desmodromic distribution, as well as rare gems like the counter-rotating crankshaft and “Twin Pulse” firing order.

The Streetfighter V4 SP also has adjustable aluminium and CNC machined foot pegs, a carbon front mudguard, a lithium-ion battery, and a variety of Ducati accessories appropriate for “track days.” The Street Fighter V4 SP’s latest-generation electronics package includes a 6-axis Inertial Unit (6D IMU – Inertial Measurement Unit) that detects the bike’s roll, yaw, and pitch angle in space in real-time.

Controls to manage all riding phases, from start to acceleration and braking, traction, through the corners and out, such as ABS Cornering Bosch EVO, DTC, DWC, DSC, or EBC, are quickly adjusted via the left switch cube. The bike is simple to lay into corners, gets to the apex quickly, and provides stability at high speeds. It is also a good option for beginners.
