BMW has recently introduced the new BMW 5 Series 530i M Sport Carbon Edition in the Indian market. The new Carbon Edition of the BMW 5 Series 530i M Sport has been priced at Rs 66.30 lakhs, Ex-showroom New Delhi. This sporty German sedan will be manufactured at the company’s local manufacturing facility that is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The Carbon Edition of the new BMW 5 Series roughly costs around Rs 2.90 lakhs more than the regular 530i M Sport version. This new unique and exclusive version of the BMW 5 Series sedan can be booked online through the company’s official website (shop.bmw.in).
The BMW 5 Series has always been a sporty sedan and this new Carbon Edition version has made it even better. The carbon fibre design components on the new BMW 530i M Sport Carbon Edition give it a particularly athletic appearance. This limited edition of the BMW 5 Series features BMW’s distinctive kidney grille, front attachment & splitters, and ORVMs, all in dark black carbon fibre finish. The luxury sedan also gets new 18-inch Jet Black alloy wheels, which continue the overall dark theme of the car. At the rear, it features a subtle spoiler with a carbon fibre finish, which completes this German luxury sedan’s overall sporty look.
This new limited edition of this sedan is finished in an Alpine white paint job that is exclusive only to the BMW 5 Series Carbon Edition. On the inside, it has a perforated Sensatec upholstery in Cognac and Black shade with contrast stitching. Also, in terms of amenities, the new Carbon Edition of the BMW 5 Series includes everything that can be found on the basic BMW 530i M Sport. It features full-LED adaptive headlights, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster along with a large12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system. This updated system of BMW even gets wireless Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, gesture control, and some other features.

Finally, talking about the powertrain options on offer, so a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine powers the new BMW 5 Series Carbon Edition. This engine produces 252 PS of maximum power and 350 Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired to an 8-speed Steptronic sport automatic transmission and it can accelerate from 0 to 100 Kmph in just 6.1 seconds.
