Two-wheeler manufacturer Bajaj has launched the new Pulsar 150 Neon priced at INR 64,998 ex0-showroom, New Delhi. The bike is available in three colors – Neon Silver, Neon Yellow and Neon Red. Under the skin the Pulsar 150 Neon is basically the Pulsar 150 Classic. The bike does not feature any mechanical and cosmetic changes except for the new color options. All the three-color options feature neon highlights on the side panels, grab rail and headlamps.
The Bajaj Pulsar Neon 150 is powered by a 149cc single cylinder air cooled motor that develops 14 hp @8000 rpm and 13.4 Nm of twisting force @ 6000rpm paired to a 5-speed gearbox. Braking duties are performed by a 240 mm disc at the front and a 130 mm drum at the rear. The frame and chassis are identical to the 150 Classic. The new Bajaj 150 Neon does not get ABS.
Eric Vas, President (Motorcycles), Bajaj Auto Ltd said, “The Pulsar 150 Neon, with its fresh new looks, outstanding road presence, and proven performance is set to be the first choice for any customer willing to move beyond a 100/110cc bike. At Rs 64,998 (ex-showroom Delhi), upgrading to the power of a 150cc bike has never been easier.”
The new color options will surely attract more buyers to Bajaj showrooms as the Pulsar 150 is a very popular bike.
