Audi A4 facelift India Launch on January 5, 2021

German auto giant Audi has started accepting bookings for the A4 facelift in India. Audi has confirmed that the updated A4 will be launched in India on January 5, 2021. Interested buyers can book the luxury sedan for a token amount of Rs. 2 lakh at any of Audi`s dealerships across the country or through the company’s official website. For added peace of mind and to enhance customer experience Audi is offering a 4-year comprehensive service package too.

Audi A4 facelift

The new Audi A4 will be available in two variants namely – Premium Plus and Technology. The 2021 A4 has been thoroughly updated on the exterior and interior. The new A4 gets the iteration of the hexagonal single-frame grille flanked by new LED headlamps with LED DRLs on either side. The front bumper has been reworked and houses new fog lamps. The rear gets a redesigned bumper and a set of new tail lamps. The new A4 looks more sporty and stylish.

Inside the cabin the updated A4 gets a refreshed interior. It now gets the new 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Audi’s latest MMI user interface. Additionally, it gets Audi’s virtual cockpit system with interior lighting that can be configured and much more. There is also an improvement in the quality of materials used on the inside.

Open the bonnet and you will be greeted by a 2.0 litre 4-cylinder TFSI petrol engine. This unit develops 190 hp along with a 12V mild-hybrid system. The engine will be mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The higher spec Technology Trim could be offered with Audi`s famous Quattro all-wheel drive system. The new A4 can reach 0-100kmph in just 7.3 seconds. There won’t be any diesel option available on the 2021 Audi A4.
Prices for the new Audi A4 are expected to start from INR 42 lakh (ex-showroom). It will rival the likes of the BMW 3-series, Mercedes C-Class and the Jaguar XE.
