The compact SUV segment in India is a hotly contested space with almost every manufacturer having a model in its line-up. The Hyundai Venue was launched in mid-2019 and this will be the first mid-life facelift for the car. The Korean carmaker has officially opened bookings for the 2022 Hyundai Venue which is slated for launch on the 16th of June. Interested buyers can book the upcoming compact SUV for a token amount of Rs. 21,000 at the company`s dealerships across the country.
Some of the key features of the 2022 Venue is the Home to car (H2C) system with Alexa and Google Voice Assistant that helps the owner control many functions right from the comfort of their home. The features can be controlled with voice support for English and Hindi Language.
Customers can check vehicle status, find-my-car status, tyre pressure, fuel level, speed level, idle time, and remotely operate climate control, door lock/ unlock, time fencing, etc. There are also more than 60 Bluelink connected features on offer, many segment-firsts.
Customers will be able to control functions such as –

• Remote Vehicle Status Check
• Find My Car
• Tire Pressure Information
• Fuel Level Information
• Speed Alert
• Time Fencing (Out-of-Time) Alert

The facelifted Hyundai Venue will come with three drive modes – Normal, Eco, and Sport. To ensure rear passenger comfort, it gets a segment-first 2-step rear reclining seat with the flexibility of choosing an ideal seating posture.
The new Venue will be offered in 5 variants with multiple engine options. The compact SUV will be available in 7 colour options namely – Typhoon Silver, Phantom Black, Polar White, Denim Blue, Titan Grey, Fiery Red, and dual-tone Fiery Red with Black roof.
The compact SUV comes with Hyundai’s new tagline, ‘Live the Lit life’. The Korean maker said the car has been crafted to supersede the aspirations of new-age Indian customers, who seek future tech, spacious interiors, comfort, style, and safety.
The new Hyundai Venue has been crafted keeping in mind the aspirations of the new-age Indian consumers who look for spacious interiors, style, safety, comfort, and technology. The upcoming SUV is inspired by Hyundai’s Sensuous Sportiness design language which gives it a premium appeal and makes it stand out with its presence.
The 2022 Venue gets a new chrome front grille which gives the SUV an imposing stance. At the rear, it features a unique first-in segment connecting LED tail lights. Hyundai said to give the Venue a wide and tall look the Korean carmaker has used the ‘hexagonal cut crystal design’.
Once launched the 2022 Venue will rival the likes of the Tata Nexon, Nissan Magnite, Kia Sonet, and the upcoming Vitara Brezza facelift.
